Refunds
Any products that are (unwanted) are to be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. The item should be (unopened & Packaging still sealed) Including bottle cap seals.
All refunds are due to be inspected once we receive it. You must contact us within 14 days of purchase date to request refund. Items returned after 14 days will not be refunded. All customers returning Frappo® vape products will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us along with the Order Number.
